Unable to see trips

Trips are generated automatically when the following situation occurs:
Engine stop event detected and sent back by Hardware to server
Engine start event detected and sent back by Hardware to server
Active key is available. Each active key is tagged to a specific user, which the trip will be generated for.
Note: logging out of SLICK causes your keys to be deactivated. To get all your trips logged, please stay logged in to the SLICK mobile app.
