If you are unable to connect to / Unlock / Lock your car, please try the following separately in the order mentioned below:


  • Ensure that you're within 10m of the car

  • Ensure that your Bluetooth is turned on.

  • Ensure that no one else is connected to the same car.

  • Ensure that your car's battery has more than 11.7V.


  • Please log out and login to your SLICK account.
  • Swipe close SLICK to kill the app
  • Reopen SLICK and try to connect
  • If the above doesn't solve the issue, reboot your phone.
