If you are unable to connect to / Unlock / Lock your car, please try the following separately in the order mentioned below:
Prerequisites:
Ensure that you're within 10m of the car
Ensure that your Bluetooth is turned on.
Ensure that no one else is connected to the same car.
Ensure that your car's battery has more than 11.7V.
Troubleshoot:
- Please log out and login to your SLICK account.
- Swipe close SLICK to kill the app
- Reopen SLICK and try to connect
- If the above doesn't solve the issue, reboot your phone.
