Vehicle owners are not allowed to delete their vehicles from their account. Instead, vehicles whose device has been uninstalled from or transferred to another vehicle may be rendered inactive by their owners.
By rendering a vehicle inactive, the vehicle will be attached to the inactive vehicle list page. Vehicle owners will be able to see the inactive vehicle list via the website only. Inactive vehicles will not seen on the vehicle list page of the mobile application. Please also note that owners will only be allowed to render a vehicle inactive through the website only.
To transfer your vehicle into the inactive vehicle list, please follow these steps:
Log into slick.sg
Active vehicle list page will be displayed. Select the vehicle which you which you wish render inactive.
Click on edit details button located at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the active toggle to switch vehicle to inactive.
Click on the Save button. After a few moments, a pop-up will be displayed, confirming that vehicle has been rendered inactive. Click OK.
Your vehicle is now inactive. To reverse the process, simply follow the same steps listed above and click on the toggle to render your vehicle active again.
